We are committed to user privacy and practice data minimization. We do not require account sign-ups, passwords, or personal registrations.

We do not collect personal identifiable information (such as personal names, phone numbers, contact books, or financial credentials).

Local Device Storage: In-app user configurations (such as saved favorites, bookmarks, or downloaded offline guide packs) are saved strictly in your device's private sandbox storage (local SQLite / app storage) and are never transmitted to external cloud servers.

Location Handling Terms for Chhuti:

• Ephemeral In-Memory Calculation: GPS coordinates are processed temporarily in memory on your phone to calculate distance to tourist destinations.
• No Remote Uploads: Coordinates are never stored on or transmitted to external servers.
• Zero Background Tracking: Location is queried only while you are actively viewing the map or nearby attractions screen in the foreground.
• Optional: You can revoke location permission at any time in Android settings without losing core app functionality.

Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) may access your Android Advertising ID (AD_ID) to manage ad frequency, prevent fraud, and serve ads.

How to Opt Out: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID anytime by opening Android Settings > Google > Ads (or Privacy > Ads) and choosing "Delete advertising ID".

Our applications are designed for general audiences aged 13 and older (13+). We do not intentionally collect personal data from children under 13. If any parent or guardian believes personal data has inadvertently been submitted, please notify us at blueskyoceanbd@gmail.com for prompt removal.

Public reference details (such as national emergency numbers like 999 or educational country statistics) are compiled purely for public convenience and educational knowledge.

1. Clear App Storage: Go to Android Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage > Clear Storage / Clear Cache to wipe all saved local preferences.
2. Uninstall: Removing the app permanently erases its local storage sandbox.
